Optimizing my time

I wonder how I can optimize my time in the army and spend it in a more meaningful way. Let's recap what I have done in army so far:

End 2007: CFA I
First half of 2008: Japanese + CFA II + Financial Talk in Unit
Second half of 2008: DHS Presentation +..+??

I have been reading books on investment, investing, giving tuition, and doing general reading like mad (roughly one book a week.) I wonder what else can be done to prevent the ennui from sinking in.
